Surfing Coconut grew out of a love of food, travel and memorable experiences. The Coconut Lady is a trained chef and culinary competitor. She spent years doing live cooking shows and food competitions across the country, and that's where she figured out that the best moments around food aren't only about taste. They're about bringing people together.
The coconut that started it all
While traveling internationally, she had fresh coconuts the way they're meant to be enjoyed: opened on the spot, ice-cold and naturally refreshing. It was a simple thing, pure hydration straight from nature that people loved right away, and it gave her an idea.
Born on Anna Maria Island
The original fresh-cracked coconut stand from Anna Maria Island. Every coconut cracked fresh, right in front of you.
Back on the shores of Anna Maria Island, Florida, she made it real. It started as a beachside stand serving fresh coconuts and quickly grew into Surfing Coconut, a premium coconut hospitality company built around quality and memorable moments.
Today
Surfing Coconut now travels all over Florida and beyond, to festivals and events in other states, with premium fresh coconuts, custom branding and interactive setups for weddings, festivals, corporate events and celebrations. The coconuts are harvested young for the most naturally sweet coconut water. As a female-owned business, it's proof that something as simple as a fresh coconut can make an event extraordinary.
